Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently doĀ offer international shipping.
If you do ship internationally:

  • Shipping times vary by destination and may takeĀ 7-14 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

7. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot change the address once the order has been processed.
