1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at help.obsidianoil@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
