When will i get my order?

Because we offer global shipping, delivery times can vary significantly. Although we make the greatest efforts to ship as soon as possible, it can take up to 2 weeks at most. Small exceptions during busy periods.

Can i get a refund for the product?

The only times when refunds are eligible:

• shipping time exceeds 30 days (isolated cases)
• Shipping problems (damage, missing product)

All cancellations are available before the product is shipped from us.

The Oil is made 100% from the seeds of the castor plant, just like regular castor oil, but what makes it unique is how it’s processed.
